Ordinance No. 1319 - Passed March 21, 2023
Legislative Bill 159 (LB-159) was approved by Governor Ricketts on March 17, 2021. LB-159 provided for printing or publishing ordinances in electronic form, effective September 1, 2021. As a result of that bill, the Ralston City Council passed Ordinance 1291 to amend the Ralston Municipal Code to authorize the publishing of ordinances in electronic form. While the majority of ordinances will now be published in electronic form, there will be some that are required to still be published in a newspaper. Those ordinances will be included on this page as well.
