Nebraska Property Tax Credit can put money in your pocket!

The Nebraska Property Tax Credit can put money in your pocket, according to Ralston City Finance Director Tim Bohling. He wants to make sure Ralston property owners are taking advantage of the credit.

The credit can be claimed when you file your Nebraska income taxes. It allows property owners to receive credit for tax dollars paid to school districts and community colleges. The credit is refundable, meaning it can either reduce what you owe or increase your refund.

Make sure you fill out Form PTC (Form PTC) as you work on your Nebraska taxes.
