The City of Ralston contracts with Papillion Sanitation for trash and recycling.  Trash services are included in your water bill.

Grass and leaves from April 1 to November 30


  • Bags should not exceed 35 gallons, nor weigh more than 30 lbs.

  • Yard Waste: Containers should be marked with "YW" in letters 4" or larger.  Biodegradable paper bags may be used; NO PLASTIC BAGS. 

  • Branches, brush, etc. should not exceed 4' in length, 2' in diameter, nor weigh more than 60 lbs.


Due to landfill closings, Papillion Sanitation will not pick up trash on New Year's Day, Memorial Day, Independence Day, Labor Day, Thanksgiving, or Christmas.  Your service will be delayed one day following these holidays.
