Tunes in Independence Square begin June 5 Enjoy music, friendship, and free food every Thursday from June 5 to August 21 during Tunes in Independence Square! The fun begins at 6:30 p.m. each Thursday with live music from the gazebo in Independence Square.
The first 200 people each night will also receive free food, compliments of Ralston Chamber members. Tunes sponsors include the City of Ralston, Ralston Area Chamber of Commerce, Omaha Musicians Association, Great Western Bank, Ralston Jaycees, Wells Fargo Bank, Festivities Culinary Services, Ralston Fuel & Ralston Auto, Don & Ron's Carstar, SJ Design Gift Boutique, Ralston Community Foundation Fund, First State Bank, Abraham Catering, Eccles Heating & Air, and the Ralston Volunteer Fire Department & Rescue.
Oakwood Street will be blocked so children can play safely. Bring the family, bring the lawn chairs, and enjoy small town Americana with your friends and neighbors.

Ralston Reconnection Art Show, June 25 through July 13 The Ralston Cultural Arts Task Force has announced its 3rd annual "Ralston Reconnection" art show to celebrate the work of artists who have a connection with Ralston. The show will be held at the library from June 25 through July 13, 2008. Additional details can be found in the Call for Entries letter and Entry Form.
